Hanging out in the Basement!

Today there were lots of Tornado watches so Jayden, Jordyn, Maggie and Grammie hung out in the basement most of the day!  Jayden held Sissy so she would be protected from the storm!  Oh what fun!!

The warnings went away just long enough for us to enjoy a Spaghetti lunch and to start making a Chocolate Pie before they came back on again!  We were all happy when Mommy and Daddy got home safely!

Yes, It Really Was 70!

I didn't care that it was warm out, I just really LOVE my pink Patagonia jacket and being able to put on my own hat, says Miss Jayden!  Jayden and Maggie are getting ready to go swing REAL HIGH and blow bubbles!  The coat and hat disappeared quickly after realizing just how hot it was!  A super fun day for sure!

Jordyn Visits Dr. Abrahm

Jordyn went for her two month check up today and to make sure she was all recovered from her bout with the flu!  She is healthy and growing so big now weighing 11 lbs and is 22 1/2" long!  She was a perfect angel for her Mommy!

Jayden Goes to Dance Class!

Jayden went to her very first dance class at the Art Place.  Miss Laura was her teacher and she enjoyed herself so much that she didn't want to leave!  Thankfully, she will get to go back each week!

Jordyn liked her bottle SO MUCH today since big sister Jayden fed it to her.  Jayden just LOVES being able to help take care of her "Sissy"!

Baby, Its Cold Outside!

We all enjoyed the cold weather this weekend by going on a fun walk around the neighborhood lake!  Jayden especially enjoyed picking up the pine cones and throwing them into the lake:)

Mommy Went Back to Work Today....

Today was Mommy's first day back at work....boo!  We miss her so much, but we got to hang out with our Grammie and Maggie all day!

We all went to the neighborhood lake today to feed the ducks....Jayden had such a good time throwing everything into the water with her Daddy...

Baking Cookies with Mommy!

Yummy, yummy - Mommy and Jayden baked cookies today.  They were so good!  Of course, Jayden only wanted to eat the chocolate chips while baking - just like her Mommy!

Mommy and Jayden visit the Library!

Mommy and Jayden went to story time at the library today.  It was so much fun!  We got to sing songs, dance and make music.  When it was all over, Jayden played with the blocks with the big kids - she just jumped right on in:)

Rain, Rain Go Away!

Come again another day...but if you have to stay....Jayden Lynn is ready to play!

Jayden and Mommy go to Chuck e Cheese

Jayden and Mommy went to Chuck-e-Cheese today.  Jayden was only concerned with putting tokens in the machines (and then walking away)....but, we had a blast walking around and watching everyone else play:)

Jordyn is 2 months old!

Since we were in the hospital for Jordyn's birthday, we had to take her 2 month picture a few days late....

Build-a-Bear Outing!

Miss Maggie took Jayden to Build-a-Bear today.  Instead of picking out the princess dresses that Maggie was directing her to, Jayden decided to pick out the Harley outfits.  She is definitely her Daddy's daughter:)

Miss Jordyn has the Flu!

Unfortunately, Miss Jordyn was admitted to Children's Health Care of Atlanta after a visit to the ER for a high fever this week.  She was diagnosed with the flu and a urinary tract infection.  Throughout the entire process (4 days in the hospital, 3 IVs, a urine catheter, and a spinal tap), Jordyn was a trooper!  Thankfully we are all home now - with no more fever:)

The Girls Get Adjusted

The girls went to visit Aunt Maureen to get adjusted today.  They both did wonderful!!

Jayden Blows Bubbles!

Jayden loves to blow bubbles with her new princess bubble blower...and she looks darn cute doing it in her Patagonia gear:)

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to all of our friends and family.  Unfortunately, Miss Jayden was sick all weekend, so Daddy rang in the new year while sleeping on her floor.  But, we all got to spend the new year together as a family.  Here is to a wonderful 2013!!
